Job Description 

  • Engaging with customers and providing high-quality customer service.
  • Providing events administrative support and assist in closing event sales.
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of our product offering, identify sales opportunities and up-sell/cross-sell to existing clients from telemarketing led activities.
  • Answering customer’s questions in relation to our events, products, and services.
  • Timely follow-up of leads and opportunities.
  • Assist backend admin.

Requirements:

  • Well-versed in English and Mandarin is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, positive, and disciplined individual.
  • Able to work during weekends as and when required in our organized events.
  • Able to travel when necessary.
