- Engaging with customers and providing high-quality customer service.
- Providing events administrative support and assist in closing event sales.
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of our product offering, identify sales opportunities and up-sell/cross-sell to existing clients from telemarketing led activities.
- Answering customer’s questions in relation to our events, products, and services.
- Timely follow-up of leads and opportunities.
- Assist backend admin.
- Well-versed in English and Mandarin is highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, positive, and disciplined individual.
- Able to work during weekends as and when required in our organized events.
- Able to travel when necessary.
